3D/ Virtual Tours

The reality of the Charlotte area real estate market is that buyers are relocating to our area and they have limited time to "shop around".  A 3D/Virtual Tour allows them walk the home as if they were actually there, thus  saving everyones time.  I use the MATTERPORT system which not only provides the the 'walk through' view but also a "doll house" view that shows the entire home as a 3D image.  Additionally, this system creates a 99.9% accurate schematic as a PDF that can be used by the buyer to understand the actual room sizes but can be used by contractors to provide accurate estimates.
